Parents,

What a year! Even though Covid made this year very difficult, I have never seen such
amazing parents, staff, church team, and students working so hard to make it all work out in
our favor. It brings tears to my eyes to I see how diligently our VCA community came
together. Where other schools lost a year of education, VCA students didn’t skip a beat in
their education! I see such growth in our students’ academics, and in their spiritual walk with
our creator. God is truly marvelous!
As we move forward this year, I still feel strongly that we need to work together to build up
our youth, and teach them to be strong, godly future leaders. Our “Raising Leaders” class
has been phenomenal! Parents who have attended classes have learned about why our
world needs the next few generations to stand up and change the world according to
God’s purpose. We have been learning the 7 keys to unlocking leadership potential that will
provide a solid foundation for our future leaders. The 7 keys involve vision, communication,
people skills, character, competence, boldness, and servanthood. We have two more
classes left. Make sure to attend! Each speaker has been wondrous! If you haven’t attended,
I highly recommend you join us for our last two sessions.
Make sure to really look at what we have going on this month from Raising Leaders, MIP Tea,
playground maintenance, and parent teacher conferences. The next couple of months are
jammed packed with events and lots of opportunities to get involved. Check us out and join
our tribe in building a better community.

Have a blessed day, and like I always say, “God is on the move with VCA!

Blessings,
